Custom Orders, Returns & Refunds

Each item we create is custom made just for you, designed with thoughtful attention to your style and preferences.  Because of the personalized nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We stand by the quality of every stitch and thread.  If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us directly, we’re here to help and will do our best to ensure you're happy with your experience.

We do not sell or share your information with any third parties.  From time to time, we may proudly showcase completed items on our website or social media as part of our portfolio. If you prefer that your custom item not be featured, just let us know and we will completely respect your wishes.

Order Approval & Design Accuracy

We take pride in bringing your ideas to life exactly as envisioned. Before production, you’ll receive a digital proof or mock-up for approval (when applicable).  Please review all details carefully, Herr...Ink & Threads is not responsible for errors once a design is approved, including misspellings, placement, colors, or garment size selection.

Color & Placement Disclaimer

Due to variations in screen displays, lighting, and thread or ink availability, final product colors may differ slightly from what appears on your screen. We strive for accuracy, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.  Likewise, design placement may vary slightly depending on garment style, size, and type but will always align with industry standards and best practices.

Turnaround Time & Shipping

Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days from the date of final design approval and payment, depending on order volume and complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order leaves our hands, Herr...Ink & Threads is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit.  Tracking numbers will be provided, and we recommend requesting insured or expedited options for added peace of mind.
